This is a dictionary I made for the Romanian language. It contains 190000+ words and their arpabet pronounciation. It's open-source, and contains the code used for generation and the Romanian word database used.

Warning: it's not a plug-and-play solution for all words. Apply phoneme adjustment for syllables where necessary.
